Soooo good! Recommend the steak and cheese and crab and cheese. Real steak and real crab. None of that fake stuff. All rolled in the best thing dough can make! A hot soft pretzel!!! Delicious. I might go back in a couple hours.

Great place to grab a snack while on the boardwalk. I always head here to get a pepperoni wrapper while i lay out on the beach. I am always satisfied with the yumminess of the salt and butter pretzel breading can't wait for summer.

Whenever we go to Ocean City, my three sons (ages 12-20) make this place their first stop. It's just that good. I think they'd agree that Chicken and Cheese is the one to start with and then you can branch off from there with lots of different variations. It's a unique business and I think there's only one of them. I always prefer to shop at individually owned places then large chains. They only take cash.

Fantastic! Nice little spot on the boardwalk with awesome selection of wrappers. The people were friendly and let us try samples. Definitely will be back!
(5)April L.
They have some unique selection of wrappers, they were good but nothing out of this world; plus it's overpriced and overrated. They take cash only FYI and the guy working there with the blonde hair didn't seem so friendly and interested in helping us. Next time I'll skip this place and try something else.

I was disappointed with a nutella filled wrapper. It was mostly empty and the pretzel bread was tough and didn't have much flavor. But I will give the Wrapper another chance.

This is one place I have to go to before I leave OC. Usually get the chicken and cheese, but recently had the chicken Chesapeake. (Chicken, cheese, crab meat and Old Bay) delicious! Wish they took debit cards though.

Amazing!!! Some of the best food I've ever had!!! The service is hard-working, quick, and nice!!!

Up until this weekend, I only braved the boardwalk in OC for one thing: Fisher's Popcorn. I get the caramel corn while my boyfriend goes a few stands down to get The Wrapper. I never really got what the fanfare was about. I'm a pretzel purist, and it's a pretzel with stuff in it- sooo- big deal, right? Wrong. The Wrapper rendered me speechless. Its the best pretzel dough ever. So soft and chewy and doughy with whatever filling you want (I got the crab and cheese- my boyfriend is loyal to chicken and cheese.) I never wanted it to end. There's not too much else to say, you've just got to try it. There's a money-back guarantee, too! I'm already dreaming of my next beach trip so that I can have another....

Wow a stuffed pretzel wrap and it's good too! I was skeptical on how good it would be but let me tell you we have a winner. I tried two types the chicken and cheese and the philly cheese steak. My favorite was the chicken and cheese. It was so good I decided to buy 2. The spot is right on the boardwalk close to the Ripley's believe it or not spot. They are a bit overpriced but is not too horrible. I honestly do not care how much it costs I will still get it. They are open late to so great to come here after a night of exploring and drinking.

Good food, simple and fast. The cash only rule is inconvenient though, also the variety is hit or miss, they remove signs for whatever they run out of, which normally isn't a big deal except they may only have 1-2 of that specific wrap at a time. Without the cash only rule and if they had more variety all the time, they would've easily been 4 stars. But again, good food and fast which is great for the boardwalk.

I don't see what the big deal is about this place! The wrappers are ok but not made right in front of you. Precooked and wrapped in aluminum foil waiting on a burner for purchase. I guess if I'm looking for a quick snack it's ok but otherwise I was not impressed.
(1)Victoria M.
Their "wrappers" are basically like empanadas in the shape of a burrito stuffed with the most satisfyingly creamy American comfort foods. Delicious! My friend and I shared three (Buffalo chicken, bacon mac and cheese, and crab and cheese for a total of $18) and were sufficiently satiated.
(5)Emilee F.
One of my favorite places on the boardwalk! Love their vegetarian options & the crab cake is delicious! Always my first stop while in OC
(5)Paul K.
Not bad, not great. Definitely good for a snack as you're walking around the boardwalk and looking around. If they're out of a particular flavor that you want, they will make it for you on the spot, as long as you're willing to wait about 10 minutes for it. There isn't much to say about the presentation of the food, but the taste of the stuff is pretty on point. It's hard to go wrong with stuffed pretzels, but there wasn't really anything about them that made it really memorable. Also good for a late-night bite...depending on the weather and crowds they sometimes stay open as late as 2:30AM

The pictures posted on yelp are clearly of what this place probably used to sell. We went today and had the cheeseburger wrapper and pepperoni mozzarella one. Each wrap was at most 4 inches long and cost almost $5 each. I usually don't complain about price when I'm in a tourist area bc I expect high prices but what a waste of $! The pretzel part was rubbery and the inside was comparable to a hot pocket. I went based on the good reviews but will not be back.

Lamb and goat cheese wrapped in a pretzel is a treat, and a must for first timers! Skip Dough Roller, come here!

I mean come'on man - for real? I have a neighbor, who swears by this place. People who like it, love it. You need to try it for yourself. I like what The Wrapper stands for, Old Fashioned Carnie food. The boardwalk is overwhelmed with "REAL FOOD" at real prices, when you are wandering the boards, it's nice to have fun oddball food items, you can't find anywhere else. The Wrapper, definitely has that. Various items wrapped in pretzel dough. Tasty little treats, to eat while you walk.

We were brought here because of the great reviews we read on Yelp. It's right on the boardwalk. Like most eateries there, there is no indoor seating, but you can grab one of the boardwalk benches if you'd like to sit down. Prices are around $5 to $6 for each of their pretzel-dough-wrapped nom noms. My four friends and I each ordered a different flavor, and each of us was in love. There are lots of vegetarian options (yay!) as indicated in green writing on each sign. I had the veggie burger with cheese pretzel, and it was amazing. Also, the girl who worked there was wicked chill. We definitely high fived after I ate my nom nom. Literally.

Four stars because it was pretty good, and not another fried piece of food. They are cooked fresh every few mins, watch for one the ones coming out fresh. The popular is the chicken and cheese but they had several in the case so we opted for the chicken, cheese and old bay and the chicken, cheese and crab which were fresh off the cooking belt. For $6 a good lunch snack, and I think they are open for breakfast but not very early like 9am.
(4)Brandon S.
Pricey? Yes! Life altering? Yes! Your on vacation. Splurge a little! Me and my wife get a cup of thrashers, a dough rollers pizza and a few of these amazing pretzels. Sharing is caring.
(5)Chris M.
Read about The Wrapper on Yelp and had to give it a try. It was SOOOOO worth it! Delicious cheeses, meats, and veggies wrapped in a pretzel? Jackpot! These were amazing. There were 4 of and and we tried a bunch of different type since you can certainly eat more than one. Chicken, bacon, and cheese was my favorite. The cheeseburger and the chicken parmigiana were both amazing. The meatball with mozzarella and the lamb and cheese were out of this world. After a day on the beach, head to The Wrapper for lunch then back to the hotel for a nap...can't beat that. I do have to mention that a couple of us had stomach aches later in the day, but I think we just ate too much...couldn't resist them! So to summarize, great lunch at The Wrapper will turn you into a happy napper, but you may have to visit the crapper!
(5)Theresa R.
Awesome! I got the black bean and pepper jack pretzel wrap - my friends all got the chicken with cheese. A little smaller than I expected - probably would want 2 for a meal. But it was delicious!
(4)Corrine B.
My favorite junk food stop on the boardwalk. Not only can you pretty much get any sort of meat and chesse combo--they also have dessert wrappers! So delicious! A true boardwalk staple!
(5)Harry E.
Looks like a hole in the wall but I promise this place is shore* the please. -Sorry I couldn't resist. The Wrapper might be the best kept secret on the Boardwalk. Prices are good for what you are getting. The products are made in small batching so you aren't eating something that was made 5 hours ago. For those who do not know, this joint sells food that is wrapped in Pretzel OMG! Now maybe it is the Philadelphian in me but the idea of one of these in my neighborhood makes me want to weep. You name it, they wrap it in Pretzel! I LOVE the chicken broccoli and cheese but also do some of the breakfast flavors as well. AND might I add, once you have consumed your lovely little Pretzel wrapped morsel, I think dessert is called, and what is that sound? The annoying guy next door, that's right! Polish Water Ice goes down easy after a pipping hot wrapper. Boy! - A Broccoli chicken and cheese wrapper followed by a Cotton Candy & Blue Raspberry Polish Water Ice, lunch on the beach doesn't get any better than that! When I am on Vaca, you can catch me here at least once a day.

Really different snack. Came looking for funnel cake (everything is closed during the winter) and the owner explained what he sold and gave us a sample. Chicken and cheese stuffed pretzels. Delicious! We'll definitely drop by when we come back down
(4)Kurt V.
Best boardwalk food, ever. Staple in OCMD. Make sure to stop in every year.
(5)Stacey B.
Awesome awesome food! We decided to try out this place after reading other Yelp reviews and we are so happy we did! The cheesesteak wrapper is amazing! It's like the best hot pocket you've ever had!
(5)Eric W.
Dude the wrapper is awesome. If they cook the pretzel all the way through you're in for a treat. Get the cheesesteak one !
(4)Elle C.
For the whole car ride to the beach we kept hearing my friend rave about these wraps that she had one time at the beach. Thank goodness she knew where she was going because I never would have stopped here. It looks like an unassuming little hole in the wall and I know we would have walked right by it. That being said, we went here everyday and got at least one wrap for everyone. So good! I love that they are wrapped in pretzels instead of pizza dough. Our group's favorite was chicken, broccoli, and cheese but the Italian sausage and cheese was good, too. Now that I know about this place, I'll make sure to go back every vacation for a wrap!
(5)Allison D.
This was the best food that I had on the OC boardwalk, I think because it was the only thing I had that wasn't fried or pure sugar. My stomach said, "thank you for putting real food in me".
(4)Charlie F.
All the rumors are true! Hot, delicious, and authentic. I had the crab and cheese and it was very tasty. A new tradition that replaces the now awful Mug and Mallet.
(5)Kara W.
Good snacky lunch.

i LOVEEEEEEE the wrapper!!!! i found this place by accident and it was the best accident ever. i can never remember what street to go to so i walk aimlessly up and down the boardwalk until i find it. i always get the chicken and cheese wrapper (for those not in the know, you pick fillings and they wrap it in a warm soft pretzel)... and it is always melty and gooey and amazing. they are kind of small, but the price is reasonable, so just order two if you are really hungry. my mouth is watering just thinking about this, and i dont even live around there anymore.
(5)Dylan R.
I go here EVERY time i'm in O.C.... best drunk food ever (they stay open WAY late)... It's like an Auntie Anne's (or Wetzel's) pretzel on crack. Personal fave is the gyro (lamb and cheese pretzel).
(5)Sarah F.
This place is delicious. They make made to order soft pretzels that they roll and fill with whatever toppings you'd like. Tons of meat, cheese, fruit, and sauces to choose from. Its about four or five dollars and is worth every penny. I got a chicken bacon and cream cheese pretzel after hitting the bars and I was convinced it was the best thing I've ever eaten. They are open super late and pretty early too.
(5)Rubio S.
I love the wrapper!! I remember the first summer this place was opened...They are so yummy! My favorite is the chicken broccoli and cheese wrapped in a pretzel! SOOOO GOOOOD!
(5)Nicole T.
The Wrapper is a stop I make every time in OCMD. My Wrapper of choice, beef hot dog and cheese.
